Lighting the Way for Elephants: The Jumbo Troops Event and Auction

Greetings Elephant Allies! It’s event time in Austin, TX. 

India is home to Asia’s largest wild elephant population—but their survival is increasingly at risk. That’s why this year’s Diwali celebration will support The Jumbo Troops, a grassroots group working to protect elephants and their forests in West Bengal.

 From tracking herds with drones and restoring lost habitat, to vaccinating cattle, teaching coexistence, and inspiring children through nature-based education, The Jumbo Troops are making a powerful impact for elephants and local communities alike and they need funding for the next two years.
